Enamelled wire is a main kind of winding wire. It consists of conductor and insulating layer. After annealing and softening, the bare wire is painted and baked many times. However, it is not easy to produce products that meet both standard requirements and customer requirements. It is affected by raw material quality, process parameters, production equipment, environment and other factors. Therefore, the quality characteristics of various enameled wires are different, but they all have four major properties: mechanical, chemical, electrical and thermal properties.
Polyurethane enameled wire; thermal grade 130, 155, 180, 200. It is characterized by direct welding, good high frequency resistance, easy coloring and good moisture resistance. It is widely used in electronic household appliances and precision instruments, telecommunications and instrumentation. Its weakness is slightly poor mechanical strength, low heat resistance and flexibility in producing large-scale wires. Because of its poor adhesion, the specifications of the product are mostly small and fine wires.
1. Enamelled aluminium wire is easier to make coils than enameled steel wire. Because there is a strong oxide film on the surface of enameled aluminium wire, it has good green-proof effect and long service life.
2. Because the film of aluminium wire is green-proof, its heat-resistant temperature is 20C higher than that of copper wire.
3. The greatest advantage of using aluminium wire is that it is 1/3 lighter than copper wire, which greatly reduces the production cost, is easy to attach to fixtures, and can also reduce freight and operation during transportation.
